Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield, known to most as URW, specializes in owning, developing, and managing premier retail locations in some of the most dynamic cities and urban centers around the world. From shopping outlets to international airports, URW leads the way when it comes to the future of retail.

For URW’s annual end-of-year-celebration, A3 Visual partnered with Paula & Co, a creative solutions agency, to help bring the “Roaring 20’s” holiday party to life. This intimate, small scale activation made guests feel immersed in Gatsby-style culture from the moment they arrived at the event.

Here’s a closer look at our recent corporate activation for URW.

CELEBRATING THE ROARING 20’S WITH URW

Hosted at Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, this project required a variety of print materials to help transform the space for the event. All welcome graphics featured the name of the event as well as the corporate URW logo. Each of these assets helped guests easily identify the private party while also immediately setting the tone for the rest of the evening.

With the champagne bar taking center stage, we produced a three-piece set that incorporated the 1920’s style art with bold pops of black and gold artwork. The installation also included eight custom flat walls, printed with blockout fabric, featuring silhouettes, cocktails, event details, and more. These were placed throughout the venue, from the entrance to the lounges and—of course—the bar.

The bar structure was made by combining one (1) 72” x 42” and two (2) 20” x 42” panels that were internally lit with LED lighting and then covered with custom printed decal material. The event’s elaborate bandstand was UV printed on eco-friendly Gatorboard and measured 168” x 36”. The center panel was 10 feet wide, making it the perfect festive backdrop for URW guests.

GRAPHICS FOR CORPORATE EVENTS AND PRIVATE PARTIES

When it comes to producing and installing custom graphics for corporate events and private parties, it’s important that you work with a team that understands the requirements of a given venue. Certain locations may have restrictions or limitations that might influence the feasibility of particular aspects of the event. Additionally, understanding the venue’s materials, surface areas, and square footage is an important factor to consider during the planning process.

From entrance and exit decals to wayfinding signage, step-and-repeat backdrops, stage graphics, and more, we work closely with our clients to make their dream activation a reality.
